至今，远地食堂已围绕有关食物的——文化史、全球本地化、附近性、女性叙事等——关键词展开探索，产出内容以书籍、展览、工作坊、飞行厨房等形式呈现。
Earth Buffet is a creative collective that focuses on researching food cultures across geographies and genealogies.
Through archival investigation, fieldwork, writing, and design, Earth Buffet explores the materiality, cultural structures, and knowledge systems of food, revealing its underlying contexts to propose alternative narratives and mindsets.
Its ongoing explorations center on key notions such as cultural history, glocalization, vicinity, and feminine narratives, presented through publications, exhibitions, workshops, a flying kitchen, and other formats.
