石门女儿是一个快闪家庭厨房，也是一次在地的饮食文化探索。项目源自于对北京“石门市场”探索与情感回应，围绕市郊农产品流通系统展开观察与创作，关注日常饮食中的市场供需、地域记忆与共居经验如何交织并生成新的叙事。
石门女儿将烹饪视为一种温和而有力的行动语言，也是进入城市基建结构的一种路径。通过晚餐体验、食材田野笔记与拓展研究，项目尝试记录在地的即兴食物档案。
Shimen Daughter is a pop-up home kitchen and an exploration of local food culture. The project originates from an inquiry into and emotional response to Beijing’s Shimen Market, focusing on the circulation system of suburban agricultural products. It observes and creates around the intersections of everyday food supply and demand, regional memory, and shared living experiences—tracing how they intertwine to generate new narratives.
Shimen Daughter regards cooking as a gentle yet powerful language of action, and as a way to engage with the city’s infrastructural fabric. Through dinner experiences, ingredient field notes, and extended research, the project seeks to document an improvised local food archive.
